About the Founders
John Ritter and Hilary Westrom, co-founders of the Ritter Charitable Trust, hold the belief that it is the responsibility of those who have experienced success in their community to reach out and help those less fortunate.
The RCT has donated millions of dollars to dozens of local charitable organizations that seek to make life better for children and families in Southern Nevada. They have also raised millions more through collaborative philanthropy, matching grants and striving to inspire others to give. Their commitment to Southern Nevada extends even further than their generous donations and fundraising. They also have served on numerous nonprofit boards, as well as advocated for and supported legislation to strengthen our state.

The Ritter Charitable Trust sponsors a school garden program at Sheila R. Tarr Elementary School through Green Our Planet.

Boys Town Nevada helps 2,500 children annually through in-home family counseling and community support services.
