In an effort to build the capacity of the Southern Nevada nonprofit sector, the RCT created a Loaned Executive Program. Over the last few years the Loaned Executive Program has concentrated on some of the following:

• Educational workshops for nonprofit board members and staff
• Guidance and counsel to nonprofits
• Moving forward the conversation on nonprofit capacity building
